Hi,
Let me say, that you will succeed if your determination to succeed to is strong enough. Against all odds, the best stories are not the ones where the protagonist wins an easy fight. The best stories are those where the main character makes horrendous mistakes falls on his face, loses his ego, and and still comes out on top becoming the person he's always wanted to be.
I’ve always been excited about entrepreneurship, business and being the best person I can by learning and improving myself and seeing the world for what it is and understanding what that means.
Its my life, my hobby, and my passion. Some talk football for hours… I talk marketing systems, kpi’s, news, health, law. I care about being the best man I can. I care about helping my fellow man do the same. I was drawn to some of the craziest problems in the World. I was drawn to these areas because entrepreneurs change the world. That’s what I wanted to do. I wanted to effect change. Call me a crazy millennial, or step back and watch me work.
I am relentlessly driven to be the best man that I can possibly be in this world and I have a electrifying passion to share my skills, gifts, and experience's with my fellow neighbors of the world from a place of compassion and kindness.I was born in Eau Claire, WI and as a native to the city, my first job was selling vacuums door to door. I realized I loved business and sales and early on recognized my passion for helping people. I have long held entrepreneurs, as the movers and shakers in industry, in high esteem. Without a clear path to a career in business – I pursued a military career out of high school. After graduating, I served in the Navy with ambitions to become a Navy SEAL, however what I thought was going to be just a physical challenge — re-shaped my entire life. I was reclassified as a Ceremonial Guardsman in D.C. where I completed my service. What I learned would mold me forever – as I learned the value of perseverance and discipline which I carried forward to a career in sales with a focus on recruitment, training, developing & retaining. With an honorable discharge in hand in 2009, I put my new found determination to work in the deregulated energy industry which allowed me to travel across the US and work in over 20 states and to develop my skills.
I was able to grow from my start in door to door sales to the point where I founded a sales and marketing company specializing in B2C and B2B verticals in energy, solar, and security. At our largest, I personally led a team of 45 professional sales consultants who were my direct reports. I finished in the industry by exiting my company and supporting the new owners with the acquisition for a brief time.
During this period, I began to offer consulting services to assist clients in business development with a primary focus in the area of sales, marketing, recruiting, training, and retention. I worked in multiple sectors with clients in; Consumer Services, Financial Services, Investing Energy Markets, Security, Health services, and
Over the years I had done 2 thousand interviews, Trained over 1,000 People, and did over 25,000 Presentations. I had helped recruit and train so many people and placed team members for clients I desired to become one of the best.
To support my efforts, I pursued a number of Personal Development programs (Landmark Forum, Sterling Relationship Institute, Dale Carnegie Training, Sales Trainings, Coaching Training, NLP Training) and received many sales related accolades from clients.
I founded Trash Zero with a technical partner with specific intellectual property in the Waste Management Sector in 2017. I raised commitments for over 8 million dollars and negotiated contracts with Phoenix, AZ while working in collaboration with the City Resource Innovation and Solutions Network incubator. As part of my efforts at Trash Zero, I was able to get my foot in the door to meet with Government Officials in the Virgin Islands to begin talks around opening a waste management facility. My role included negotiations with Waste Management and Government officials though ultimately our RFP was not selected and for technical reasons the solution we were researching was not feasible. When this information became clear, I eventually chose to exit the firm.
Confident in my ability to help businesses grow based on results in prior consulting roles and my own 6 figure businesses and 7 figure clients with combined totals in over $100 million in revenue between myself and team members under my management over the life of my career in sales; I founded a Business Development Consulting Practice.
I love helping people and look to support awakening business owners and professionals in unlocking possibilities both from a personal and professional standpoint.
I work with clients on a consulting basis daily in my firm to help them unlock possibilities and show them how to to live, feel, and be better.

Contrary to popular belief, I have learned every lesson in life the hard way so you don't have too.
By 18, he had successful sales ventures and was working in marketing, advertising along with development of teams. Wanting to become an amazing entrepreneur or serve his country was his aim. Feeling broken from desiring to serve his country family & struggling to become healthy it Inspired him to pursuee the military to serve due to 9/11. Still struggling with alcohol and addiction was Justyns childhood but he was crushed with discipline in the military.
He past his Military Test Absvab with a Genius level score of 94 and decided to become a Navy Seal.
Justyn Franklinn (Franko) began his entrepreneurial journey at just 9 years old not out of luxury, but out of necessity. Growing up in a home marked by emotional instability and alcoholism, he made an early decision: his future would look nothing like his past. Determined to rewrite his story, he sold newspapers door to door in the small town of Independence, Wisconsin. Despite being overlooked, underestimated, and even overweight, he earned his first $1,000 before turning 10. That fire never left. In his early teens, he flipped Pokémon cards, and by 16, he was selling vacuums door to door. Every challenge became fuel. Every sale, a step closer to the life he knew was possible — one of purpose, health, faith, and impact.
Serving in the Military he was reclassified to Ceremonial Guardsman for not continuing to be a Navy Seal. This broke Justyn. Because he could not complete the Training due to Abuse occurring in his family and not understanding how to handle it. Justyn had grown his Alcohol addiction and drug addictions while in the Military. Waking up at 4am and training to get done in the afternoon and having a night on the town became normal.
Justyn approached improvement carefully. He read thousands of books and invested over $200,000 in training , education and developing to improve himself.
He believes in seeking knowledge and wisdom and distilling it into fundamental ideas and concepts. He seeks to see the world for what it is.
After starting in life, broke, fat, in debt, and in jail; I began to finally think differently. I began to observe myself and changed my behavior. I realized that my life was made of my Habits, Actions, and Beliefs and began the pursuit of constant never ending improvement.
Justyn Franklinn (Franko) has been an Entrepreneur since 9 years old. While living in a emotionally and alcoholic ridden household he knew he wanted to be very healthy and wealthy... unlike his family. At heart, Justyn is a curious truth-seeker, he’s known in his community to converge the ideas and thoughts of the future and make them easy for others to understand and implement and can be typically found researching, studying or in a deep rabbit hole about something that almost no one else know’s anything about. You can find him working on his new business or trading. Perhaps he is with his new wife and family.
Justyn started in life, broke, fat, in debt, and in Jail an different points and finally came back. He helped sell over 100 million in products and services over his career while helping personally recruit and train over 1,000 people and having done over 25,000 presentations. He has Raised Millions of dollars for his companies and others and the business he is involved with do do High 6 & 7 figures.
Justyn has spent most of his adult life in search of something greater. After studying religions at great length and searching for Truth he discovered Jesus and has with the power of almighty god been a reborn and renewed man of god and who desires to focus on Improving humanities condition putting god first.
What's more, I did it differently than most...
Having been at the bottom and the top and back and forth I can attest to struggles, hardship and challenges of all kind... and still coming out on top.
